sudo cp /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc.backup
sudo emacs /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc
And modify the settings.

Keyboard doesn't have a delete key
To fix that, use the keytweak software to remap the right ALT button to the delete key in Windows. Now you have a delete key.
